Novaprism is led by Hélène Genillard. After having obtained her degree in communications from Emerson College (Boston, United States) in 1999, Hélène worked for the Massachusetts Democratic Party for a year, specifically as a campaign assistant for Senator Edward Kennedy in his Senate re-election campaign. These four years spent in Boston were crucial to her training in the field of communication.
Back in Switzerland, Hélène joined Merck-Serono for five years, first as a Co-ordinator in the Press Relations department, then as Sponsoring Manager. Alongside this, she pursued her academic studies by obtaining a diploma in journalism from the London School of Journalism.
In 2006 Hélène became the Editor of Rolex's external magazine, which she left two years later to put her communications experience to use on the Web.
